Anglesey Sea Zoo and Marine Resource Centre Ltd is an independently owned and run aquarium and conservation centre, owned and managed by Director Frankie Hobro. This privacy policy details how we will use any personal information about you that is collected whilst you use our website, or if you fill out any contact forms or submit information.
What information do we collect about you?
Unless you sign up voluntarily to one of our mailing lists or use one of our online forms to freely submit information, the only information we collect whilst you use our website is website usage information, which is collected using cookies. Use of Information
We collect your information only for the purpose of keeping you up to date with your membership status, as well as to send you important aquarium updates and exciting offers. All personal data is kept in both electronic and hard copy form. The electronic data is password protected and only accessed by allocated staff members. The information stored in hard copy is kept in a secure location in a locked cabinet, again with only key staff members permitted access. Your data may also be used for statistical analysis.
We use any information collected when you visited our website to personalize your experience and allow for better performance on our website.
We will never share your information with any third party or other business, for marketing or any other purposes. Your information will never be shared within the business unless necessary for purposes agreed upon when this information was freely given. Your personal data will only be kept for as long as required, in the case of season ticket holders, this will be for the duration of their ticket membership. Data will never be kept for more than a 12-month period unless specified when the data is collected.
